These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Promotion entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by becoming a Pubscription Member ("Member") and entering this promotion, all Members will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
The personal data provided by Members will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of running the Promoter's “Pubscription” TV and web apps (the “”Pubscription Platform”) and conducting the promotion and at all times in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Pubscription Privacy Policy.From time to time, the Promoter may share Members personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with running the Pubscription Platform, administering the promotion, contacting Members (as necessary) and/or fulfilling the delivery of Pubscription beer vouchers ("Vouchers").
- Eligibility, Participating Pubs & Participating Products
Pubscription membership and promotion open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Vouchers can be redeemed by Members in participating pubs in England only. Participating pubs are listed on the Pubscription Platform. “Participating Products” included in the promotion and for which Vouchers can be redeemed are: Heineken® Original draught, Heineken® 0.0 draught and Heineken® 0.0 bottle.
Excluded from membership/entry are: employees of any company in the Heineken group, employees of any participating pub and any person whom, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with Pubscription / this promotion.
Promotion Period: 11:00 on 15/10/26 to the earlier of (i) 23:59 on 06/01/27; and (ii) the time and date at which 15,000 Vouchers have been redeemed.
Voucher allocation and Use
During the Promotion Period, each Pubscription member will be allocated four (4) Vouchers per four (4) week period. All four Vouchers will be added to the Member’s Pubscription account at the same time. Members may use one (1) Voucher per week only. Vouchers must be used within the weekly periods specified below. Any Voucher not used within the relevant weekly period will automatically expire and will not roll over, accumulate, or be replaced

Select the pub where you want to redeem your Voucher from list of participating pubs.
Vouchers are geofenced to a selected location. Allow your location to be shared if prompted or manually search for locations to find your chosen pub.
If you don’t see this pop-up, please make sure your smartphone is set to allow location access on your browser, otherwise it won’t work. Alternatively select the location where you want to redeem your Voucher.
After selecting a participating pub, you will be taken to a screen with details on how to redeem the Voucher. Receiving Voucher instructions does not guarantee voucher redemption. See Term 5 below.
Once at the selected pub, swipe as instructed to display your Voucher. Your Voucher will display a moving image (GIF) along with the name of the pub, and an active countdown timer. This is your Voucher.
You have 30 minutes from swiping to redeem your Voucher in your chosen pub.
Do not refresh the page until your Voucher has been redeemed by the bar staff, who will need to click the “Voucher redeemed” button on your phone.
A total of 15,000 Vouchers will be available to claim. Once the Voucher has been activated, the Voucher will confirm if the Promotional Period has ended or the cap of 15,000 Vouchers has been reached. The Promoter will monitor the number of Vouchers redeemed throughout the Promotion Period. The Promoter will not be liable for any compensation where an email has been sent, but it has not been redeemed prior to the end of the Promotion Period.
Service is at the discretion of bar staff. If service is refused for any reason no further voucher or replacement reward will be provided.
Sign-ups must be made personally. Sign-ups made through agents/third parties, bulk sing-ups or automated entries are invalid. The Promoter cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen sign-ups. The Promoter is not responsible for vouchers lost due to attempted redemption outside of the selected participating pub.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all sign-ups and to refuse to honour a voucher and/or refuse further participation and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of entry. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
There is no cash or other alternative to the pint of Heineken® 5% or 0.0 or Heineken 0.0 bottle, in whole or in part. Vouchers not transferrable, exchangeable or refundable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
Due to circumstances outside of their control the manager reserves the right to cancel, amend or withdraw this offer at any time.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events or circumstances arising beyond its control.
The promoter cannot guarantee that any event will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter is not liable for such disruptions, failings or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. The Promoter can provide you with their details on request.
The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any of the social media platforms where the post promoting the promotion is featured. None of the social media platforms listed above are responsible to Members in respect of any aspect of this promotion.
All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
These rules and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each Member irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of England over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
