These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Promotion entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions. By becoming a Pubscription Member ("Member") and entering this promotion, all Members are deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The personal data provided by Members will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of running the Promoter's Pubscription TV and web apps (the "Pubscription Platform") and conducting the promotion - All processing will be in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter's Privacy Policy (available on the Pubscription Platform). From time to time, the Promoter may share Members' personal data with agents or representatives to assist with running the Pubscription Platform, administering the promotion, contacting Members (as necessary), and fulfilling delivery of Pubscription beer vouchers ("Vouchers").

1. Eligibility, Participating Pubs and Participating Products
Pubscription membership and promotion are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Vouchers can be redeemed by Members in participating pubs in England only. Participating pubs are listed on the Pubscription Platform. Products included in the promotion are pints of draught Heineken Original and Heineken 0.0.

Excluded from membership or entry are employees of any company in the Heineken group, employees of any participating pub, and any person who, in the Promoter's reasonable opinion, should be excluded due to their involvement or connection with Pubscription or this promotion

2. Promotion Period
11:00 on 08/04/26 to the earlier of:
[i] 23:59 on 02/06/26; or
[ii] the time and date at which 10,000 Vouchers have been redeemed.

3. Voucher allocation and use
During the Promotion Period, each Pubscription member will be allocated four [4] Vouchers per four [4] week period. All four Vouchers will be added to the Member's Pubscription account at the same time. Members may use one [1] Voucher per week only. Vouchers must be used within the weekly periods specified below. Any Voucher not used within the relevant weekly period will automatically expire and will not roll over, accumulate, or be replaced.

4. How to become a Member and take part in the promotion

  1. Click the link or scan the QR code on the Amazon Fire TV advertisement to be directed to the Pubscription Platform: pubscription.heineken.com. Standard network rates apply.
  2. Verify that you are over the age of 18 and eligible to join Pubscription and take part in this promotion.
  3. Accept the Pubscription Terms of Use and these Pubscription Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  4. Create a Pubscription account by entering the following details:
    • First and last name
    • Email address
    • Mobile number
    • Password
  5. Select the pub where you want to redeem your Voucher from the list of participating pubs.

Vouchers are geofenced to a selected location. Allow your location to be shared if prompted, or manually search for locations to find your chosen pub.

If you do not see this prompt, ensure your smartphone allows location access in your browser. Alternatively, manually select the location where you want to redeem your Voucher.

  1. After selecting a participating pub, you will be taken to a screen with details on how to redeem the Voucher. Receiving instructions does not guarantee redemption (see Term 5).

  2. Once at the selected pub, swipe as instructed to display your Voucher. The Voucher will display a moving image (GIF), the name of the pub, and an active countdown timer.

  3. You have 30 minutes from swiping to redeem your Voucher in your chosen pub.

  4. Do not refresh the page until your Voucher has been redeemed by bar staff, who will click the "Voucher redeemed" button on your phone.

  5. A total of 10,000 Vouchers will be available. Once activated, the Voucher will confirm whether the Promotion Period has ended or the cap has been reached. The Promoter monitors redemptions throughout the Promotion Period and is not liable where a voucher is not redeemed before the Promotion Period ends.

  6. Service is at the discretion of bar staff. If service is refused, no replacement voucher or reward will be provided.

  7. Sign-ups must be made personally. Sign-ups made through agents, third parties, bulk sign-ups, or automated entries are invalid. The Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen sign-ups or vouchers lost due to attempted redemption outside the selected venue.

  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all sign-ups and refuse vouchers or participation where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms. The Promoter's decision is final.

  9. There is no cash alternative to the pint of Heineken 5% or 0.0. Vouchers are not transferable, exchangeable, or refundable and cannot be used with any other offer.

  10. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.

  11. The manager reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw the offer at any time due to circumstances beyond their control.

  12. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events beyond its control.

  13. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any event will be free from disruptions or cancellations and is not liable unless caused by negligence. Requests for compensation should be directed to the event operator.

  14. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any social media platform. Those platforms are not responsible for any aspect of this promotion.

  15. All taxes related to any prize are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  16. These terms are governed by English law. The Promoter and each Member agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
